Refund Policy

Our Isha Learning Academy is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for enrolled students. Please read and understand the following refund policy before enrolling in any courses:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    Refunds are applicable in cases of course cancellations initiated by the institute, withdrawal within the specified period, or for valid medical or extenuating circumstances. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, detailing the reason for the request.

    1. Course Cancellation by the Institute:

      In the event of a course cancellation by the institute, enrolled students will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid tuition fees. Alternative arrangements, including course transfers, may also be discussed on an individual basis.

    2. Withdrawal within Seven Days:

      The student will receive course enrollment fees within seven days in case the student wants to change the decision for the course. But the fees will be refunded with some deduction and the registration fees will be chargeable.

    3. Pro-Rated Refunds:

      After the initial seven days, pro-rated refunds may be considered based on the duration of the course attended. Requests for pro-rated refunds must be accompanied by a written explanation and will be subject to review by the administrative team.

    4. Refunds for Medical or Extenuating Circumstances:

      Students seeking a refund due to medical or other extenuating circumstances must provide supporting documentation along with their written refund request. The Institute reserves the right to assess the validity of such claims on a case-by-case basis.

    5. Credit Towards Future Courses:

      Students who wish to withdraw from a course but do not seek a refund may be eligible for a credit towards future courses. This credit will be valid for a specified period and can be utilized for any course offered by the institute.

    6. Latecomers and No-Shows:

      Latecomers and no-shows for scheduled courses are not eligible for refunds or credits. It is the responsibility of the student to adhere to the course schedule and attendance requirements. Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the institute's management and may be subject to additional fees.

    7. Refund Processing Time:

      Refund processing time may vary, but the institute is committed to completing the process in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and any applicable administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

    4. Medical or Extenuating Circumstances:

      In cases of cancellations due to medical or other extenuating circumstances, students must provide supporting documentation along with their written cancellation request. The institute will assess the validity of such claims on a case-by-case basis.

    5. No-Show Policy:

      Students who do not attend scheduled courses and do not provide a cancellation notice will be considered no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and any prepaid tuition fees will be forfeited.

    6. Course Changes and Rescheduling:

      The Institute reserves the right to make changes to course schedules or instructors. In the event of such changes, students will be notified, and alternative arrangements, including course transfers, may be discussed.

    7. Termination by the Institute:

      The Institute reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student for reasons including but not limited to academic misconduct or violation of the code of conduct. In such cases, the institute may retain a portion of the tuition fees paid.

    8. Communication of Changes:

      Students will be notified of any changes to the cancellation policy in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of enrolled students to stay informed about the institute's policies and any updates.
